Breakfast was good but if sn add more traditional kuih2 will be good.. The breakfast table should be set up with fork and spoon and serving tissue will be easy for guests..I fine we have to get up few time to get all the item above few time quite waste of time especially went we are in a hurry

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Elegant design. Lovely atmosphere overall. Great location near Gedung Sate and lots of cafes and a short drive to Jalan Braga. The shower pressure and hot water could be improved.

The Noor Hotel is such a pretty little hotel that immediately makes you feel at ease with its stylish soft blue colour palette throughout. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like free snacks, and a basket with a Koran and prayer mats for guests who need them. If you arrive late like we did, the room service is an excellent option as the food is really tasty and reasonably priced. The morning breakfast buffet is similarly great with a wonderful mix of Indonesian and continental dishes to suit the whole family. The location is perfect for exploring Bandung's cultural highlights as you can easily walk to Gedung Sate and several interesting museums nearby. The Noor Hotel strikes that perfect balance between style and comfort, with attentive service that makes you feel right at home. A fantastic choice for your Bandung stay!

I had to wait two hours before checking in. I called the hotel before my arrival and asked if I could check-in at 1 pm, the hotel agreed to that. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to wait for two hours because the room was not clean yet.

Friendly staff, good breakfast spread, islamic ambience and strategic location Ants in the room, fridge not working and the water heater is either too hot or too cold.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Super clean hotel & all the staff so warm welcoming and helpful please provide more variety for breakfast esp for pastry

The staff are great - very friendly. The breakfast is lovely. The room and most of the hotel is very clean (except for the carpet outside the room). Westerners need to understand and be respectful of their Muslim culture. We booked a balcony room, but you couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air, let alone sit on a balcony. The hotel compensated us with a room upgrade.

The staff are all friendly, help us with our transportation need. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was good The room is a bit small

Love the hotel's interior design and its islamic concept. Breakfast and evening snack were provided. All our needs are accomodated by the staff. Breakfast spread could be better

Breakfast menu needs improvement and more variety. Carpet near balcony and sajadah looks rugged, need replacement. A little bit pricey

The Islamic theme and facilities of the hotel are great for Muslim travellers. The TV has Makkah channel. There are sarong, Quran, telekung and sejadah in the hotel room. The receptionists were very helpful in providing info and heloed us book the fast speed train Bandung-jakarta The location is fine, but slightly far to walk to the centre of Bandung. Also an average walk to the factory outlets like Heritage
