The light from outside was hitting my face while sleeping and I couldn't control this particular situation. I asked the staff to fix the issue and they said they can't turn off the light in the hallway ? I spent the night while this particular light hitting my face

Cleanliness, art work, customer service, location, value for the money I hope they make iron available upon customer request, then adding few dumbbells for the fitness room will be great thing

Parking staff is quick n responsive. The room is huge, clean and kinda newly renovated. Mattress is great. Lots of eateries n shopping nearby. Swimming pool is a great addition to this hotel. The bathroom has not many ants but there are few. Towel can change to white color if possible. Maybe just our room.

Still use the old led tv, need to upgrade to bigger smart tv Internet slow

Great price and location. really inconsistent rooms and not clean at all. New bedding needed as it was dirty. All the fixtures and fittings were very tired. Has alot of potential and the ground floor is very charming. Hire better cleaners and just tidy the place up a little!
