The security staff were really nice and the coffee No blanket or sheet to sleep under - USB ports didn’t work , dirty room , no toilet paper , couldn’t get a bottle of water as they could open Fridge - I left a night early - don’t understand why it gets 8.4 rating

Exceptional

The location is quite far from city center (Braga, Asia Africa, etc) by walking distance ('though, you can still ride a gojek/grab to go there, & the rate is quite cheap). Soap & Shampoo are not provided in the shower facilities. The bed & pillow are quite thin and the AC is quite cold. It would be better if they provide more comfortable bed & pillow. But, yeah, the price is so cheap, I don't think I can find better capsule hotel with the same price.

Staff was pretty friendly. Let us check in one hour earlier than allowed. Possible to keep bagage there during the day while waiting for check in and after check out. Room was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was moist. Initially didn’t understand why but once I took a shower and saw the amount of mold around the bathroom due to a lack of ventilation, I realized the effect this had on the rest of the room. Not very well isolated either in terms of noise. A/C was also of poor quality. Was happy I was able to leave after 1 night.

The place is easy to find using maps application since I am not coming from Bandung. The place is catchy and located on the side walk of the main road. In the morning, I realised that the place is just across the main public open area where lots of food stall, place to jog, and other activities. They also have a restaurant with good food, just in case you want to stay inside. They have a limited parking space on the ground level, while the lobby is on the L1. They have an elevator from parking lot to the lobby but seems that it is not operational. You may want to contact the hotel if you need the facilities.

the staffs were friendly The room is dirty and it is not really well insulated from voices and noises outside the room. The air conditioning feels like a heater in the desert. It is situated in a slump area beside a bus terminal which makes strolling for a meal a little bit late at night is not an option for safety reasons. They advertised the hotel to be recommended destination, but what you'll get is a disastrous destination.

The place is cozy, especially if you just by yourself. For me the double size one is the best size for both alone and together with someone. The room needs a further cleaning here and there. I found a dried gum stuck somewhere and kinda grossed with that view right after checking in. The location isn't the best if you want to take a walk so either buy some dinner before going back since it's one way road, or buy takeout.

I liked the Staff friendliness. Overall value for money is good, Free Parking, Small market across the road, which was cheep and good for shopping. Behind the Hotel and in front of Hotel in Ground there was a Sunday Market. Mattress in Single Room Capsule was very uncomfortable, These capsules are not at all sound proof even snoring sound disturbs you. Community washroom was dirty. Water bottles were nor provided in the rooms, instead water dispenser was placed out side on the name of green world, which was against Covid-19 protocol. Not recommended for families with kids. Payment on site option was not available on Booking.com.
