Lots of facilities such as: swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, jogging track, pilates class, wall climbing, etc. Free minibar in room: cool drinks and snacks. Nothing at all.

The views from my room facing mountains Iove it very much, and the king size bed very comfortable and the bathroom and the setting very good . The way to go to the Gaia hotel is not very good, very sharp to turn in to the hotel.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The garden is beautiful, staff were friendly, and food at the restaurants and café was good. Stayed during Eid holidays and the hotel felt chaotic. Check-in took 30–40 minutes with only 3 desks open. It’s more of a busy family hotel than a quiet luxury one. Pool area was loud and crowded with kids. Restaurant seating mixes smoking and non-smoking outdoors, and smoke drifts into all areas. The rooms have very poor sound insulation. We could hear everything—traffic, hallway noise, people in other rooms (bathroom curtains on/off, furnitures moving, walking/stomping) even housekeeping and construction during the day. It made it hard to rest or relax in the room. The spa looked nice and spacious, but felt underwhelming for the price. Perhaps because we were the last customers, but the massage felt rushed.
