The staff were all very helpful especially GiGi in the restaurant. The room we were originally given was not fit for purpose. Leak in bathroom. Water coming through light. Mould on ceiling so not new problem. Air con did not work.

Location in the center near everything. Good selection of breakfast (warm & cold, western & local cuisine). Staff are helpful & friendly. There is a great night club with live music n DJ in the basement. Beautiful lobby with a pool table, restaurant and a cafe. It's an old hotel. The room needs deep cleaning. Mouldy bathroom.

Reception staff extremely helpful and efficient, bed very comfortable Two plug sockets in bedroom not working, WiFi intermittent, light switches set so had to have main light or nothing and get out of bed to turn off. Not pool view as advertised, room faced out and were woken every morning by 4.20 call to prayer. Whole place tired and in dire need of good maintenance.

Close to railwaystation. The place could use a renovation. Swimming pool with stinking and too warm water. Not to be used.

The location is strategic, the food tastes good and is suitable for children and adults, the rooms are spacious enough for families Room slippers are only available for suites and are not informed in the description, the mat is not available, only available after being asked, and the towels are not suitable for use

Good location. Near to the Governor Of Bandung's Residence. Sadly they are grieving because of demise of the eldest son who was drowned in Bern. Weather around is pleasant. Good food for breakfast but to add variety The hotel is a bit run down and the bathroom needs refurbishment. Towels are worn out. Room lighting needs improvement.

Great location and the staff were just lovely. On the reception, the staff always had a smile and were always helpful. I have stayed here before and it was great. Not special but comfortable and convenient. This time however, it felt VERY undermaintained. Both rooms were infested with ants. One room had no toilet tissue or even a toilet roll holder. It felt like there had been little or no maintenance in terms of the fixtures and fittings. I was also told the restaurant was open but there was no one around. Eventually someone showed up but I don't think he was a chef. Most things on the menu were not available. The bebek I eventually got was not cooked properly and caused me to be sick. If only they had have just said the restaurant was NOT open and let me wander out to one of the many many outside options, that would have been superior customer service. Not at all impressed.
