Near Bandung train station. We booked 5 rooms. Checked in at 6pm and checked out the same day at 10pm for another hotel, the hotel condition is just deplorable, very dirty, mouldy, water leaking, toilet bowl can't flush. Simply not meant for human habitation. The picture shown doesn't match the actual condition. It's just so terrible.
