I stayed in a Delux room for 14 days, extended for a further 8 days in standard room 6am kids were running around yelling they, sheets were stained. They moved me back to a Delux room no extra charge. No housekeeping same sheets in each room for the whole stay.

The room size is acceptable and proximity to malls The room and furnitures are very old (with smell) There is no lift Toilet paper and tissue is not provided at all, although all-in-one shampoo & shower gel was provided. There were a lot ot ants on the floor, near the waste bin (cleaning not properly done) There is only 1 charging point in the room and socket is loose.

staff were really friendly and welcoming the room was so dirty, especially the bathroom. Didn’t even shower the night we were there as it was so dirty and weird smell.

no breakfast the room are not ready yet when we come although we have already made a booking one week before upon arrival date and time...thus we have to wait about 20-30 minutes (we informed that we will come about 22-23 pm o'clock and we have to wait until 23.30 pm. there is sauce's spot on blanket, only one electric socket, and on certain room (superior) is almost close with fit-out furniture and hard to plug phone charger in it.

Old house.The room is clean, free drinking water, the price is affordable, the parking is enough, hot water is not to hot but is enough to take shower at night. There is a shampoo/soap/tooth brush/tooth paste. The room is a little bit small. No hanger in bathroom. No cable tv.

The price is affordable They didn’t send the room service for cleaning for my 3days 2nights stay. The hot water sometimes not working. The bed sheet wasn’t clean
