No housekeeping, same towels and sheets for 8 days. Also they hold on to your ID but when you want to check out you have to find them to get your ID back.

Actually semua ok je for the price offered. Cuma i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else. Bilik besar. Ada toiletries. Air boleh refill kat luar. Kena tinggal passport instead of money deposit! Towel nampak buruk dan lama. Aircond tak rasa. I text tanya ada iron provided ke tidak, tak di reply.

Normal location. Several polite staff Cons: dirty, poor Wi-Fi, unfriendly staff, problems with shower and hot water, poor air conditioning. We changed our room 3 times because the hotel does not have a single acceptable option. in the first room we had a mouse! the employee said “it’s not such a big problem”, we insisted on changing the room. in the second room water was dripping from the ceiling and there was an anthill under the pillow. in the third room the window did not close and the shower was bad. I really don't recommend this place. the amenities are of very low quality, and the staff is not helpful and tries to brush off all problems

The Place was ok and recommended . Wifi here was fast enough to do things. Staff was friendly and as this is last minute booking as been cancelled by some irresponsible merchant. We had no choice to take on this place as this is the cheapest. So far ok for budget room. Just a bit small room space

I liked that it was on a quiet back street and close to the mall. It was not so comfortable, the air-conditioning didn't cool the room very much and the sheets weren't very soft. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The water dispenser in the hall had worms in it!! AND the guy that checked me in was very creepy telling me I was "sexy" this was obviously inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable staying there as a solo female. I left one night early to stay somewhere else.

Adequately spacious rooms with some natural light through windows. Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Property is need of some maintenance and repairs. Some improvements needed in cleaning protocols, particularly in the bathrooms.
