the only good thing is the location, at the boulevard, accessible. the rest is extremely poor. the facilities quality, no mineral water, no toiletries, the door, the cleanliness, everyhting was so poor. and the male staff is very much not friendly, too lazy to just explain why the actual rate and online rate is different. the online rate and the actual rate we have to pay is different. it doesnt explain why, only saying "because of a disagreement with the hotel management and the online platform, the applicable rate is walk-in rate" which is >Rp50,000 different. then we have to transfer it to a personal bank account, not a company bank account. logically, if there's a disagreement between the online platform and hotel management, the hotel should not be available to book on the platform. scam.
