Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Another bathroom would have been excellent.

So quaint and the hosts were the nicest! Shared bathroom, but not a deal breaker.

The most hospitable hosts! We arrived late and even though they had guests, they offered to have us sit in their front living room and set us up with dishes and flatware and beverages so that we could enjoy our picnic dinner. They even started a fire for us! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to rent this lovely B&B.

Nether Dallachy Farmhouse is an outstanding bed and breakfast. There’s been a lot of thought , time, energy and love into every room to give the most comfort and the best guest stay . It’s so beautiful

This was by far and above the best B&B experience I have had anywhere in Scotland (or the world). It felt like a cross between staying in a charming, elegant, refined country mansion, crossed with the warmest, homeliest, kindliest Scottish country couthiness and generosity. Nothing was too much trouble and I was moved by the ability of the hosts to anticipate and help solve any questions, queries or hiccups experienced by guests. We were treated like honoured family. Nowhere else is ever going to feel as good, I suspect.

Beautiful setting and very easy to find. So peaceful and the views are stunning. We were given a wonderful welcome by our extremely friendly hosts, and tour of the grand and immaculate house. We had a large light airy room, again very beautifully decorated. Downstairs we had use of a lovely large living room/lounge with huge sofas and tv etc. The breakfast was all freshly cooked and was a very high quality. Overall we didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip there! Also,Doug was extremely happy as our hosts encouraged him to play his bagpipes in the guest lounge, so he gave them a little recital which they loved almost as much as he did playing for them. Worth so much more than the highest rating I can give! Do not hesitate to book! Highland gem. Nothing bad to say at all!

Nether Dallachy was a lovely place to stay. The room was beautiful, bright and kitted with all we might need. We shared a bathroom with the other guests but it was absolutely fine. There was a cosy guest living room with a stove and Jacquie kindly brought us a pot of tea when we got in! The breakfasts were delicious and we were glad to get to know Jacquie and Nigel a little better then too.

The house was beautiful and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, tastefully decorated and inviting. Nigel and Jacquie were very welcoming and food was fantastic.

Jacquie and Nigel made us feel so welcome. Their house is beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet spot so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Our trip was for business with a very tight time schedule but Jacquie and Nigel are so accommodating they made sure we got to our destination with time to spare. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We would have liked the bathroom to be on the same floor as our room, we were always worried about disturbing other guests during our nightly visits!

Nether Dallachy Farmhouse, and the Hosts Jacquie and Nigel, were probably the best experience we have ever enjoyed from a Bed and Breakfast property. The farmhouse has been meticulously renovated with the most beautiful decorating, furniture and soft furnishings. The property and the welcome are supremely homely. Every time I entered a room, I was stunned by the finishing touches, the chosen colour schemes, and the sheer luxurious comfort. Breakfast was top class, served in a beautiful Dining Room. Everything was absolutely perfect. The garden has borders filled with gorgeous plants and trees. This place holds some magic within. The bed was so comfortable, in a large bedroom, again with gorgeous furniture. Everything you could possibly want from a farmhouse stay. I was even allowed to look round the farm buildings with Nigel and had a whistle stop lesson in livestock management. Even the animals live in luxury here. It is like the stresses of modern life have passed Nether Dallachy by, and you can literally check out for the whole time you are there. The hardest part was saying cheerio. There was honestly nothing that you could not really love about this place. The hosts are so very attentive and genuinely friendly, helpful and caring, and the property and grounds are mesmerising and beautiful. It is like stepping into another world

there is not much to like !! for workers The venue is not suited to contractors, its not ideal that you have to share the bathroom facilities with the host and the rooms have not tv's in them you cant watch tv late in the evenings for fear of waking up the hosts the doors are locked at 10pm. felt like you were in prison . its a family home and not equipped to be run as a guest house.

B and B. Nether Dallachy is a beautiful home which has been lovingly restored. and we were given a warm welcome by our hosts including the gorgeous cat Bea (pronounced Boo). Everything was done with our comfort in mind. Our room was lovely and the obvious high standards and attention to detail made our stay special. The shared bathroom was constantly checked and cleaned, the residents lounge was a lovely space to relax in and the breakfast was plentiful. The house is in a lovely setting and very convenient for Banff and Whitehills. I would definitely recommend a stay here. I can't really fault anything. It was excellent value for money.

We liked everything about this delightful farmhouse. The bedroom was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. There was a sitting room for guests and a fire each night kept going by Nigel. The food was exceptional, Jacqui is a talented cook. She does lovely evening food too which we thoroughly enjoyed. In all we couldn't have been more welcomed and looked after. We had a very happy 3 night stay with Jacqui and Nigel, thank you We couldn't find anything at all to dislike. Everything was top draw.
