The Pool ok the 8th floor is the best thing in this hotel. Staff was very polite. 1. Cockroaches even if the hotel seems to be new and clean room 507 - stuff was polite and gave me the other - premium room 616 on different floor where I didn’t have this problem anymore 2. Super old TVs Netflix and YouTube not present or doesn’t work at all (I’ve been to two rooms ) 3. Breakfasts are not worth paying - get something somewhere else, at least I think western people may not be happy with them 4. Groups of homeless dogs wandering around the hotel, be careful especially at night, during the day there’s lots of people but who knows what happens if you walk alone in the middle of the night and see a group of homeless dogs, they are everywhere around the hotel but most of them are when you turn right leaving the hotel . Like I said you never know and you don’t want to get to the hospital when you get bitten 5. Bolt drivers struggle to get to this place even if I copy the address from Google Maps and three times they were not able to drop me in the right place 6. Air condition is crazy cold - I was scared I’m gonna get sick even if it was set up for 26 degrees it didn’t seem to work at all, it was also pretty loud

Location of the hotel was good - next to the grocery, a few restaurants, a barber shop, and massage shops. Facilities are good. They do have 24/7 security at reception, so you are safe. The staff was very friendly. The price for the distant hotel was a little high. It is 20 min walk to the beach. Also, I had multiple troubles with wi fi, sometimes I could not use it at all.

I think the hotel was during renovation. We smelled bad odor like chemical during our stay.

My bed My room door was left open by cleaner. Nothing was missing, luckily. Noise from building works opposite and neighbours with small kids crying.

The room is alright and there is a cupboard in it. It's a bit far away from main attractions, but you can go there without having to pass dogs.

Beautiful Hotel very modern and we make use of gym and outdoor pool too. Disgusting from the Indian people who doesn't let you stay quiet and rest in your room. They are all men and in groups.

Nothing Everything-terrible wi-fi in all area- reception non cooperative ( some of them ) Swimming pool noisy and dirty- allowing some / several guests to swim in daily clothes- washing underwear and t-shirts in the pool and hanging clothes around the pool- Partying / drinking/smoking on the pool edge practically every day. Room cleaning worst of all. First time in mi life I had to buy my own toilet paper.. I could go on ….

Clean good rooms with nice bathroom Incredible noisy till over 3 am due to Indian people shouting. Even ringing the door of the room at 3 am. The hotel is overcrowded by the noisy and impolite Indian people.
