The spacious room, optional balcony even tho we didnt need, cleaning service trustworthy, air condioning No soap in the bathroom for hand wash, showe water go out often due to small glass bariar, bathroom ventilating is poor scent stuck.

Location and shuttle to airport Bathroom is unreasonably hot - feels like a sauna. Cot was so hard, it physically hurts your body. We asked to extend for another night as one member was not feeling well. They said yes, all good - only to call the room and make the person arrange another booking on the website as they are unable to do it on their system? There’s no AC in the lobby during the hottest summertime.

I have been trying to reach out to the hotel after our stay to ask for an invoice, but I have no reply for 2 weeks and more now. I have emailed them multiple times.

Breakfast had many options. Very good. The shuttle times available did not work for us, so had to take a Grab. Traffic in the area in the morning is terrible and it takes more than 30minutes to get to the airport from your location. Closer to 1 hour at that time of day! Traffic in the morning. Obviously out of your control.

It was well taken care of and very clean. The bed mattress was to hard that should be changed to a pillow top mattress.

Nothing Rude uneducated staff, rooms smelled old and like a sewer, restaurant was overpriced and didn’t even have air conditioning, the airport shuttle was only to the airport and not going back, the hotel is advertised as an airport hotel but is still 30 mins away which is deceptive marketing. This place deserves 1 star

Room are spacious, clean and reasonably priced.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was great, and I wouldn’t have minded spending more than just one night there. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress. It was extremely hard - which seems to be standard in Thailand, but as a luxury hotel, I was hoping for a more luxury mattress.
