Staff on the reception desk need some education around telling the truth and customer service.

good for family--- nice place a lot of accesible foos and things to do outside hotel. Needs a lot of repairing- from room to pool- which they are doing recently, food is decent- staff are nice. the kids area and the toy machine needs replacement. Overall is a good place to stay-- No life guard, some areas where you will be walking that are made of wood is already broken and ruin and it does. Overall it needs a repair.

Beachfront location. All staff were amazing. Especially the security guard at parking entrance were great. He made our everyday with his great smile. Awful internet connection. They closed the main swimming pool for 20 days starting from our check in date. They didn`t give prior notice. Also one of the main restaurant was closed. They shouldn`t renovate the hotel whlie the guests in..Room was old with zero soundproof. You have to wake up 6:00-6:30 am.

We loved everything. Facilities were great, loved the pool and bar, the beach as well, the staff were all so friendly. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Phuket. Nothing

The staff are amazing, very helpful: Liu, Jane, Tong, Get, Jay, Bud, Wut and others. They were helping us immediately whenever we need anything. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Bangtao fitness center (gym for thai boxing and fitness classes etc..) - also walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and some few places. Few minutes drive to bangtao beach. And not far from other places as well. The hotel has a restaurant at the beach, its food is good and is great place to sit eat drink and enjoy the beach view and sunsets. There is Starbucks as well. Hotel is very kids friendly with few play areas and kids clubs, kids pools etc.. The hotel is old, pools not always very clean, some tiles are missing which can be dangerous. Wifi was not working in our room, despite different trials from the team - it did not work. We stayed on mobile data all the time. But 14 nights without wifi is not okay. They should have upgraded us or changed us to a room with good wifi. Breakfast is normal compared to what I got in thailand previously. Soundproofing does not exist - we woke up many times because of loud voices and noises outside. especially when people coming back from parties talking and laughing while passing to their rooms.

The beach bar Poorly maintained, dirty, a/c was bad and even when we asked for management to fix it nothing happened… was sweltering

Helpful staff. Perfect for families with kids. Great location with plenty of restaurants, night clubs, etc. 5 minutes walk from 7 eleven. Tops daily is right across the road. A bit noisy from the neighboring night clubs.

Location. Requested adjacent two rooms for our family of six while booking itself. But our rooms were in two different buildings. Even after complaining nothing was done about the inconvenience. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Every staff member was super friendly and open to assisting with every need. The vegan options at breakfast were very limited.

Fantastic resort on a beautiful beach! We booked the Grand Pool access room for 5 nights. Unfortunately, it wasn't available so the first 2 nights they put us in an upgraded room (Premium Garden Room Pool Access) and then we were able to transfer to the room we booked. We were given a dinner credit for the resort restaurant as compensation, which we felt was fair. While the Premium Garden room was definitely a nicer room - we booked the pool view because we prefer to be more in the action than secluded. As it turns out we did not use the pool at the Garden room but used it every day in the Pool View Room - we really enjoyed it actually. The main upgrade in the Premium rooms is the bathroom - it is significantly bigger and nicer so we did miss that at the Grand Pool Access room but the room itself was perfectly fine. If we go back I think I'd book the Premium Pool Access Pool View Room to get the best of both worlds - pool view and lovely bathroom. The resort is gorgeous and great value for money. The restaurant was pretty good but there are lots of beach side restaurants to choose from as well as some on the road behind the resort. The people who work on the beach - rent the chairs, sell beer, do massages etc are all excellent. We booked a trip to Phi Phi islands via the guy on the beach - and we were nervous but it actually ended up being the exact same tour that was listed as 3400 Baht per person in the flier - we got it for 1800 per person - so don't hesitate to use those guys, big discount. We also did the foot massages on the last day and we questioned why we didn't do it every day! The breakfast is also excellent - so much to choose from. Absolutely worth it! There is a Tops supermarket across the road from the resort which seems to always be open so that was very handy. All in all this resort is absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money - we were very happy with our choice and we would definitely go back.

I like the pool, kids was having fun. Also the breakfast variety, everyday have different menu. Even have a kids zone in breakfast section. The room and bathroom need an upgrade, for double bed room should have 2x aircon instead of 1x as the room is spacious. One aircon doesn’t able to support for overall.
