I booked this hotel because of my past experience with Clark’s in Hubli but I was not happy with my decision Location was not good food was not upto my taste . One glass broke when house keeping came to deliver towels . They charged me 150 plus taxes for one glass

Service 1-the air freshener used in the highway was to strong. 2- the bed sheets were dirty 3- the towels old. They tried to put us in a room without a window! We asked to be moved and they moved us to a room without a window

Disappointed with the room aesthetics. There was no windows in the room which felt suffocating. Power to the room was disconnecting quite frequently, which made Air con to switch on forever. Food served was always cold.

The rooms are great with good service and great breakfast. The property is really great and the service is excellent. But the location doesn’t have good options for restaurants.

This is a great transit hotel; only 20mins from the airport with modern, clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money too. We asked for a cab to be booked for 4am to get back for our flight and it was waiting for us when we came down to reception, which was a big relief at that time of the morning!
