Only the location and the proximity to business place considering travel time at bangalore is quite intense. It saves time staying at this location. Very unprofessional of Staff: 1.) asking me to talk to manager who says whether its my personal stay or official knowing that I have mentioned GST number of my company during booking the stay 2.) Manager asked me to cancel the booking as I can pay him direct at hotel at a much cheaper tariff As far as Room is concerned: 1.) Stinking room with old fixtures and not maintained at all 2.) Central chiller controlled cooling in room is not sufficient with strange odour 3.) Difficult to get hot water during bathing incase you turn it on beyond 2 minutes; cold water starts flowing after 2 minutes

when we went threre for staying they saind there is no current and Airconditioner were not working and they will provide fan. this is very poor ownership and communication

The location was excellent, being right next to my office. I also appreciated being able to use the window as a makeshift balcony for my yoga practice. The provision of unlimited water bottles was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an extremely bad smell in all the shelves, making them unusable. The water flow in the bathroom was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower, and nearly impossible to wash hair.

Liked the politeness of the staff, overall property gave kind of positive vibes. Food was good too, good portion and tasty too. The only challenge was getting transportation to around! Many autos and cabs rejected my booking.

I had booked the hotel for the specified date we were checking in and informed the hotel staff that we would be checking in at 3am to which they acknowledged. On arriving at the hotel, I was told the booking should have been made for the next day and were therefore asked to book another day (which we didn't need). They should have just called us and told us to modify the booking to avoid the additional expense. Feels like we got scammed a bit.

nothing staff asked me to cancel booking.com reservation and pay directly. They charged me tax which was informed to me.

Breakfast was sumptuous and adequate choice AC was noisy. Water mixer for tap usage not shower seems to be clogged and defective.
