location not too far from airport. Considering Bangalore traffic. too much noise in my room at night from 10pm till 1am!, as it was under the restaurant/bar right above my room in top floor. I booked through booking.com. It still shows cancelled in my booking.com history, even though I asked them to correct it!

Very polite and courteous hotel staff. Good food & service. Clean rooms. The quality of toiletries are decent too. The rooms are not noise insulated and some amount of road noise and the music seeps in. Also, the valet staff along with one security guard is far from polite. They command with their hands and gestures aggressively and very rude dealings with hotel guests. Have had it happen more than once to us. Completely uncalled for and they seriously need some soft skill training, else the hotel’s ratings could get impacted.

Reception & Restaurant staff were good and helpful Loud furniture movement Noise in the room in morning from upstairs, it was really disturbing, at time of check out I did complain to the reception staff who tried to get the duty manager involved but he did not care about the complaint not even talk to me about my issue, the manager just ignored me and the reception staff like he didnt care at all !!!

Nothing. I was here for 4 nights and the Wifi did not work even once. I kept complaining and the staff was as useless as the hotel Wifi. Never ever recommending anyone to book here.

It was a comfortable hotel, clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good too. The staff at the reception tried to charge us extra for lunch which we never had at the hotel and did not believe us when we mentioned we did not have lunch at the hotel. though at the end of it he mentioned there may be some confusion since we refused to pay as we did not have lunch in the hotel since we were out the whole day. This should have been checked and verified in advance instead of charging the guests without verifying and not trusting. The check in process was also extremely slow, even though we were the only guests to check in at the time we came, it took us at least 15 mins just to check in.
