The bed and pillow were vey comfortable. The hotel was clean. The food was delicious Reception staff could improve their attitude

Rooms and facilities were excellent and as per Marriot standards. - Dinners at Hebbal Restaurant could have been better. Staff not able to attend to all the tables. - Front desk debited my credit card after check out. There was short payment as per their records which is acceptable but they should have courtesy to call and inform before debiting directly from card specially after check out.

No special I booked for my family 3 queen size bed rooms .hotel provided 2 single beds 3rooms i don't know who's problem..

The overall service was brilliant but I would like to highlight the manager Ayaan for being very personable and helpful. I received a suite upgrade which was extremely nice and I plan to book this suite for all future bookings at that is hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar was amazing - I highly recommend this hotel. nothing to mention here. :)

Overall, the staff are very nice and helpful. The reception executive Miss Lonrin, helped us check in very quickly and gave us a good room. She also continued to call for a safe and comfortable stay. I am continuously followed by the hotel staff & the ambassadors Miss Pritisha she continuously following safe comfort for stay and really appreciate all the lobby housekeeping staff.

Superb breakfast, with plenty of options for vegetarians as well as kids. Easily accessible location Room size was smaller than expected for the category. If you have luggage and traveling as a family there's not much space in the room.
