In the center of main market, we got into the hotel and felt the relief we wished for. Clean, cool and very friendly staff.

Area Hotel staff not treating well for customers we had a bad experience even they charge more money than what we see in the Booking.com even they gave invoice less than what we paid. We are not recommending this hotel for any customer.

Great Location and Friendly staff. Maintenance of the property. Even though my booking said pay at the property, there were repeated emails that if I do not pay a certain amount my booking may be cancelled. After making the payment there was no receipt given.

Location was easily accessible Poorly maintained building and rooms. Weak WiFi connection. Television not working. Towels and bedsheets spreads were in an unhygienic condition with full of stains and dirt. The air conditioning was in a poor condition with full of dust in the room because of which we experienced nasal blockages and congestion.

First room i was booked in was not quiet because of noise outside the room. Hotel personnel checked, could not solve, but got another room. Good solution, thanks felt at home. hotel can post a bell boy to carry our luggage from the car instead of guests lugging it?

The Phoenix Resorts was lovely. Nice bath and plenty of space. Worth asking for help when connecting to Netflix and streaming shows as it's not easy to figure out. Staff are wonderful. BreakFast was also Hot and as per palate.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with professionalism. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, though it was on the main road , ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, the scenic views of the city, from the property were stunning, adding a unique charm to the stay.

Why is this Hotel Phone Number not given anywhere? I even checked with Google who could not give it to me. Why was i asked to pay an Advance amount to secure my booking and got no Receipt for it? Very disappointed with this experience,although the Hotel Manager sorted out the matter after we arrived. The Fabhotels Call Centre, Harish, who told me i had to pay an Advance and when i did so, i got no response when i called the number 7042424242.
