The property is good and located conveniently If you arrive early and ask for a check in , they ask for a full day tariff . The concierge staff is rude The start calling 30 mins before check out to vacate your room even if they are not running full occupancy

Of late we don't much see french toast which is one of our favourites. We wish it was available for breakfast.

Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent. In room dinner was also beyond expected very well served on time, tasty a little pricey but worth it. In the last two trips nothing disappointed me

Location Food is pathetic and the rooms are dirty . Just a clean to toilet and bedsheet doesn't mean your rooms are clean . What you charge for isn't worth even a penny . The management had spoilt the place

The y treating us badly and with no respect. At night outsiders knocking and people from outside coming to 7th floor through stairs. When reported no staff came to support The staff from front Desk manager was talking unprofessionally

Location was convenient. Breakfast on day 1 & 2 was good. Lights in the room not working properly. I was not given the room that i had chosen. I was told that they have upgraded me, but the terrace room felt more like a downgrade. The water from bathroom floor was leaking all over the bathroom. The furniture and bathroom fixtures had a worn-out look.

nothing The service was terrible most of the male senior staff were either rude or arrogant or both, and simple did not care, the bar is closed no alcoholic drink or even a decent coffee

Beautiful building with luxurious marble floors on levels 10 and 11. Outstanding restaurant. Good access to the airport. Insufficient hot water

the breakfast was great but thats it. The hotel is fine for 3 stars. However, for the price of the rooms this was a very disappointing stay. Showers flooded, beds are uncomfortable, and the location is not great for international travelers. Though it is not too far by taxi to 8 Feet Road.
