It is a good location. When we arrived at the property, we were told our non smoking rooms were given to someone else and were asked to take the other room and next night we can shift to non smoking room.

The Breakfast was good, the choice of food was not extravagant, but the food was tasty. The staff seemed friendly, and the reception staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The room was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable. My clothes left on the bed was folded nicely and was a good gesture. the view in my room was horrible... bird shit on the roofs, the pool was dried up and dirty. the bathroom was in a terrible condition; the shower head was rusty and mold every corner. the toilet flush did not work well, and the TV channels did not have English or Tamil channels as far as I searched. the room lighting could have more lights for brighter option and darker options as well. No visible plug point to iron accepts at the bed side or the tv.

Clean and comfortable place located in a busy area. Staff very co-operative and friendly, food was wholesome and very reasonably priced. Very close to Embassy Manyata Park and I could walk to my workplace. No Darjeeling tea!

Early check in almost 3 hours in advance. Very prompt service by very courteous staff. The shower could be better.

The location of this hotel was good. You could get cabs easily and there is a mall next door which means a lot of food options were easily accessible. The rooms, the staff (except a few chosen ones). Everything was below the expectation. The bed covering was all stained. The toilet had all dirty red stains. I had to pay 2800 rupees for early check in

Nice to be on the Busy location but due to road traffic high dust and noise pollution. Restaurant needs proper care. Lot of insects on the floor and inside eating place. No Aircon in the restaurant.
