Nothing, there was no hot water and the wifi paasword was given only in the evening

Location is really good. Staff were friendly, especially Malini at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Quick room service, even in the middle of the night. 10/10 will recommend to others.

The brand Embassy Olive is what attracted me to stay here confidentally. THe location was good as i had come to the hospital. I stayed at Olive Hebbal last month for the first time and was very satisfied with the cleanliness etc. However this time i was hoping to see the same but i was surprised at the cleanliness as it was below standard. THe sheets, quilt cover and pillow covers didnt seem crisp and clean. There were roaches in the room. The sink did not have a mesh. There was a gaping hole and anything could accidentally slip and fall through. The room was not ready with the required basic facilities like tissue roll, towels, tea/coffee etc. We had to ask if these things were provided or was it just a basic room. The painting in the room makes it feel dark and small. The AC wasn't working. We had to keep window open. Fortunately since it was winter, we managed. The reception floor was also dirty and looked like a cheap lodge . Considering your brand "Embassy Olive" it was surprising . Because even though it is a budget stay, it can be clean. THis are basic facilities.

I only this property cos of the staff and also the hygiene factor At times there are issues with the heater and that's fine..they alwys fix it on real time

Telephone wifi and TV

tv doesn’t work at all, always the house keeping has to be in the room to fix things, shower nozzle is so tight, we had to contact house keeping to hammer it. For the price we pay for the room, they have to justify, keep everything ready before we check in, not simply disturb us during stay to fix things.

i like property but not the room. commode was so close to the washing basin , TV doesn’t work half the time , always need to contact room service , shower gel wasn’t there, had to contact again for the replacement .

TV setup could be better

For early check-in and late check-out they charged us more that we expected. AC was not working, then they changed our room. Availability of breakfast is an issue to attend.

The ac was not working at all,whole throughout the stay. Morning there was no water in bathroom,and we had to voluntarily go and remind them to pump

*My room was spacious with a comfortable bed & well equipped bathroom and highly recommended*
