Nothing in perticular but i had a different expectations of the property itself for the money i had paid. But it is more a upgraded 3 star or a low four Star. Easy to get carried away with the name.

Bed was comfortable to sleep Location was good Breakfast average Smelly drinking water, mostly some cleaning agent or preservative ( though they replaces water bottles next day after escalating and serious arguments ) Used Lofa in the washroom ( even after escalating, following day lofa wasnt placed. one of the guy was giving gyan about eco friendly and no plastic packaging but their spa lofa were wrapped neatly with a plastic and it was fresh ) Coffee sachets missing Faulty bin in toilet Z( sensor not working )

The BF is awsome, all the staff members great people, always ready to serve. One strong recommendation - Please do not give standard room for 3people occupancy, the temporary bed provided is horribly uncomfortable, it is not at all recommended for sleeping. My daughter was sleeping the whole night on the couch provided instead of folding bed. The folding bed provided for sleeping the 3rd person in the room

The location was apt We tried calling the reception, there was no response all the time. On the day of my check in , I received a call from the receptionist saying they’d make the room ready for early check in but she had also asked if I wanted to upgrade to suite for which I said no. But during the check in they said no rooms available and we have to upgrade to a suite room. The suit room felt like I was surrounded by a washroom. It was so inconvenient given I was staying with my family and there were no locks for the washroom.

Nothing Every thing they steal my money some days they charged me 41000 which i can stay four seasons hotel all that cause i gave them my money in advace cash cause i booked for 14 days but i have some circumstance iwent back to oman then they charged me upon there mind they didn’t return the money and they were going to force to take another night charge more than 30000 even i told them I don’t to stay any more in you hotel and iam travelling back to oman the front desk contacted some manager because the duty manager he make that note that i should pay extra night very rude

The staff were excellent and really warm/helpful Bed was good, room was reasonable Breakfast was great The complimentary fruit and biscuits in the room were appreciated. Mini bar was sparse Room and bathroom smelt Swimming pool was average The onward hotel car service was shockingly overpriced compared to local taxi service (hotel price 2800IRS vs 150IRS!)

Nice location, good service The toilet is with the glass . Visibility blocked a sticker, even though when we put light inside the wash room we can see shaded. Which is little disturbing .
