Clean, comfortable bed and linen . Since the breakfast was very similar all days I had asked for Appam and chickens stew and the chef prepared tasty portions for me. Much appreciate the effort Breakfast did have a lot of items but highly repetitive and average tasting. On one of the days they had beetroot halwa however that was too sweet.

Wise range of options in the breakfast from Indians to Europeans, fresh juices, smoothies, fruits, vegs, meat, soups. You can build your own soup! I selected this hotel because they have sauna and I planned to visit sauna + swimming pool for ~30min in the morning before going to city. Day 1: 8:50am, swimming pool is closed because of cleaning activity (by schedule they work from 6am to 8pm), two saunas are turned off, I did not have time to wait for saune to be hot and went from there. Day 2: ~9am, steam sauna is closed completely by key. Second sauna is turned off. It taken me 50min to heat it up to 70C at least. Not the best (I would expect at least 80-90C for finnish-like sauna) but this is what they have. Also, hot water did not work in shower in pool area (man dress rooms)

The facilities were very good . The dining outlets were good. Room Windows were not fully sound proof being on a busy road . The curtains were also light and exposed the sunlight in the room .

It's my second time but same as last time your staff called when I was setting with Flipkart meeting. May be my flight was rescheduled due to this i told to your staff that I will check out at night . But I don't know why they call me that kindly submit rest amount. Then I told him that dear friend my all laguges are at my room When I came to hotel so I ll pay But your staff said no sir pls pay right now . I think it not way to treat like this . Same today I was meeting with Flipkart your staff sms me that pls clear pending amount. I don't know why it's happening when I was stayed at NOVOTEL no body treat like redissan blue my experience was 100% good with NOVOTEL. Kindly teach to staff that how to treat with staff

The Property was very clean and the staff absolutely amazing. The price per night is considerably higher than other “non-brand” hotels with same square footage and quality.

It’s all about service and the Radisson Blu Bengaluru is really on top of it. Everyone in the hotel (Drivers, Reception Desk, Breakfast, cleaning staff…), they make sure you are welcomed and treated like a special guest. This is what made the stance in the hotel a highlight. Room is well equipped, modern and clean, with all amenities expected. Breakfast is a mix between Indian food and western food, with addition of pancakes and eggs kitchen to be prepared on the spot. The breakfast room never felt crowded and in general was a pleasant time. The hotel has several restaurants and one bar, that didn’t try but felt quite upscale and nice. The organic harvest Spa of the hotel is very clean, services and therapist are great, and pricing is good. Totally recommended experience specially during jet lag. One highlight is the transportation from/to Airport, with safe drivers despite the crazy city traffic. And also the package for office transportation, that gives you piece of mind to move without depending on Uber/Taxi. Both of them at a very good price. All and all, I will repeat my experience in Radisson Blu and would recommend for a quality stay in Bengaluru. Nothing I could think about, except the traffic in the Outer Ring Road to make the infamous U-Turn south.

The facilities and the accomodation Staff was extremely rude and offensive at times they just bothered about money and kept asking us to pay during the breakfast in spite of telling them multiple times that I would make the payment during the checkout time. The staff was also clueless at times... couldn't comprehend a few things we mentioned and asked for

Nice room (not big but cozy) - good breakfast and very good restaurant. Nice courteous staff and great attitude. Room service was also super quick and amazing. Price could have been a little less - like 5-10% less would be perfect.
