The location of the property. Room service cleaning staff. You have to switch on a heater for the hot water so it isn’t available when you get to your room. The shower also runs out of hot water in 5 mins despite the heater being on. The breakfast isn’t nice. I had an upset tummy from eating their omelette. Due to which the following days I requested if I could simply receive a pot of coffee to my room for breakfast ( mind you breakfast is included in my package) . They still charged me for the coffee .

Decent South Indian breakfast. You can order what you want and the staff does their best to provide it. The staff is very helpful. This is a fine hotel for the room rate charged. It is very basic and no view. But the room we had was quiet and clean and had a good shower. The location is perfect.

I wished the room was a bit more spacious for the price, it was more of a compact room.

The rooms were decent, and the breakfast was awesome. the cigarette smell from nearby rooms kept wafting into our rooms, cause my asthmatic daughter to have coughing spells. Also, the toilet smell in one of our rooms was horrific.

I have chooses half board, breakfast was good, didn’t like dinner ( it was no buffet) No lobby, the room was very small also washroom.. very narrow space in washroom

Had to change rooms because toilet blocked up. Booked 2 Deluxe rooms and ended up getting 2 standard rooms. Another guest smoked in the corridor and smoke seeped into our rooms. Staff did not do anything even after several complaints.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. Specially Mr. Siraj and his staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The rooms at the hotel was very clean and their customer service is also commendable.

The property is right in middle of the happening district of Indiranagar, 5 min walk from Toit. Good value for rooms. Helpful staff and decent breakfast spread. Rooms are bit small & twin beds are small too.

Great experience, the staff was really helpful, shubam in particular took the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Overall wonderful experience.
