Nothing much. It was not clean right from the living room to Bathroom. No toilet paper provided. The trash bin was so dirty and the surrounding place was very unclean. The WiFi didn’t connect inside the room . It got the connection only near the reception area . Upon the complaint, nothing was done.

location is convenient There is one factor that makes landing in the middle of the night work or turn into a disaster and that is the taxi pickup. So....beforehand i share my Indian cell phone number both with the hotel and with their designated taxi driver. Upon landing at 02.00 in the morning i call the driver and let him know that i have landed and that i will be with him as soon as i pick up my luggage. He replies he is waiting in the underground parking...... which turns out to be a lie... So, at 02.30 am i end up standing in the underground parking with hundreds of vehicles driving through whilst waiting half an hour for the driver.... Needless to say, it was not necessary, could have been avoided, he knew my arrival time, i even called him and talked to him and yet he kept me waiting for half an hour. That lying and subterfuge cost me a sickening half hour wait in traffic fumes and cost him a genourous fee for my 100 kg worth of luggage. Horrible. Obviously the hotel is only indirectly responsible for their driver, but they were asleep when i arrived and so obviously could not care less, so yes i blame them also

The room was so large and one of the most spacious I have evr stayed in. The bathrooms were super clean too, very comfortable. Food options were not that great, but thereare a lot of restaurants closeby, so no problem on this.

We booked it for five days through booking.com on pay at property condition. But day after booking hotel sent us an email and told that there is no any pay at property facility is available andAsked for 50% advance deposit to reserve the room , otherwise no guarantee they said . So we deposited the same . Room service is very slow, you have to keep asking for your requirement.and last the location is not on Main road.

Very professionally managed. Clean and comfortable rooms. No gym or pool. But at the price i paid, such facilities are not expected.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay. We had quite a few items broken in our room. The AC dripping on the headboard was the worst.

Big clean room, reception is helpful and friendly. All proper hotel things, like disposable toothbrushes, combs, etc. Good location if you need to go to the airport soon.. Food deliveries are fast tho. In general, a good stay. Not the best food at the restaurant. Not much around, have to take a bolt to the city centre which is a bit far.

we had a delicious and nutritious south indian breakfast . The staff at the restaurant were very polite and attentive to our requests however the service was little slow Probably they have one chef wrking at thattime. restaurant services could be improved and staff trained better to deal with several customers ordering differene items.
