Breakfast buffet very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Size of the room is ok for one person. Number of empty sockets provided are only two. One of them is shared between a TV and a coffee maker. So you cannot watch TV while making coffee. Then there is just one more socket. If you use that, you cannot plug your laptop in. I wish they would put more sockets.

The property was small but it was very calm and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we loved it! Definitely a place to stay if we come back to India. Was a bit far from the malls but it was good cause it’s quieter than other hotels.

The best part of the property is location and staff, staff is extra courteous and take care of guests very well, my wife travelled alone for TCS marathon held in Bangalore and she had wonderful stay at the hotel

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The breakfast is good with a wide choice. The restaurant also serves excellent lunches and dinners. I highly recommend it. The location is probably the only negative, although Lalbagh Botanical gardens is inly a 15 minute walk away. Also taxis etc. are relatively inexpensive in Bangalore, so location is not really a big issue.

The restaurant food is passable. The room is serviced daily and they make the bed and change linen but you have to ask for the soap etc to be replaced everyday. Iron box and ironing board are available on request but they take it away when another guest asks for it and u have to request it again if needed. The property has a lift but it is slow and the workers take it so it does not stop on some floors sometimes. There is a flight of steps to reach the lobby from the road so not accessible for wheelchair bound or those with difficulty climbing stairs. They only give one key card for the rooms even if there are more than one guest. Not manu auto drivers or uber drivers know of the property so you get ‘taken for a ride’ if u do not knpw the roads

I enjoyed my stay there. It was very convenient to reach my conference venue. The staff were beyond helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient. The restaurant food was much better than I had expected and highly enjoyable. Very cosy stay and helpful and happy staff! Couldn't get any better.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast menu was very varied and perfect with lot of options. The room was clean. Very good customer service. The room service was excellent. Reception and housekeeping team very vigilant and exceptional.
