Breakfast, Helping Staffs I paid ₹6,000 per night for a two-night stay. The only positives were the good breakfast and the well-functioning air conditioning. Apart from that, the property felt more like a lodge than a hotel. The lifts were very basic, and the overall cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was well below expectations. The atmosphere was also disappointing. Guests in other rooms were shouting loudly as if they were at a local tea shop, making it difficult to relax. There were also several people roaming around the lobby who didn’t appear to be hotel guests, which made the environment feel less secure and poorly managed. The staff were polite and helpful, but the overall experience did not justify the price. In my opinion, this property would be reasonably priced at around ₹3,000 per night. At ₹6,000 per night, it was not worth the money.

Nothing Bad bugs in rooms and rooms smells due to moisture alot. Staff was asked to change it and one receptionist declined and one said Yes. Very confusing things happened.

New unique construction Rooms are very small, Dinner options in MAP plan are very limited no snacks.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-ventilated. The furniture was in good condition, though a few minor repairs could make it even better. Overall, I was satisfied with the room quality. The public restrooms near the reception area have a noticeable odor that could be improved. The buffet mainly features local Indian dishes, so a bit more variety for international guests would be appreciated. Overall, more attention to cleanliness would enhance the guest experience.

The property is located in the Whitefield area of (huge, traffic-congested Bangalore) but is not in close walking distance to much of anything that tourists or business people will want to visit, henceforth transportation is required. Poor sanitation and cleanliness in the dining area. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and each morning found that multiple plates, cups and cutlery had not been adequately washed (this is highly dangerous and can cause food poisoning). I also noticed a few staff members handling the eating surfaces of cutlery, which should not be done. Yes, I know this is India (because I have visited 27 of the country’s 29 states during 16 trips) but for a supposedly high-quality hotel this is unacceptable. I checked out of the hotel after two days, though I had intended to stay for five nights. I hope the management will read this review and correct these mistakes.

Bathroom shower design is very poor as the whole bathroom gets drenched when taking a shower (due to lack of a shower area partition. Restaurant was not always updated with details of what was already included in room rent.

Notably nothing. I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience unsatisfactory. The room was notably small, and both the room and bathroom lacked adequate cleanliness. The dining situation was also disappointing, with limited and fixed dinner options despite having booked meals in advance. On several occasions, we were asked to move to different chairs during mealtime, as some chairs were reportedly not designated for hotel guests. Furthermore, the payment process caused confusion and discomfort. Although we had provided credit card details through the booking platform, the hotel still required on-site payment without. It appeared there was a discrepancy between the booking portal and the hotel’s payment process, which should have been handled more smoothly. Improvements in room maintenance, dining arrangements, and payment procedures are needed to enhance the guest experience.
