Good location, room was ok, but toilet was not. toilets quite dirty, found cockroach. Said breakfast on booking but none was provided. I had a friend coming and they had no parking (MG road is very hard to find parking), and they didn't let my visiting friend park their scooter, even though the carpark was empty - I didn't like this at all, not accommodating even though I was staying there for a few days and my friend was only visiting for hours.

The location in Brigade Rd.is great. I had asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet, shops, restaurants, cafe's etc.all within easy wallking distance.Worth mentioning is the in house restaurant which I found very good paying reasonable prices for a meal.Guys at the reception desk were always very friendly and helpful. I found the way to get the wifi connection a little cumbersome, having to get either a day pass or 3 day pass and a couple of time the given password didn't work. Why not have one master password like in other hotels?

It’s not my first stay in this hotel and, this time, they gave me a room at the back of the building which is very calm, avoiding the noise of brigade road at night. The room has probably been refurbished recently and was very comfortable. Nothing.
