The staff were courteous and attentive, always greeting guests with a warm smile and going out of their way to ensure every need was met promptly and professionally. As for the amenities, while they were fairly basic and lacked the luxury trappings of a high-end establishment, they were well-maintained, clean, and entirely functional — more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. While the property was acceptably clean, it fell short in several areas. The absence of a gym, dining area, and recreational space made for a rather limiting experience, and the dining was in-room. Parking was also a persistent frustration, with limited spaces often leaving guests scrambling. For those seeking a well-rounded stay, these gaps may be worth considering before booking.

It was good hotel, with proper arrangements. Neat and clean rooms. Gyser wasnt working for some reason, since i was only for a day, it didnt bother me a lot. Manager Abu was wonderful person. Staff was great.

The staff and room service was exceptional. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities for long stay. Location acts as hub for all majour sites in city. No major dispensary around the location which was suprising.

They don't have buffet breakfast but in room breakfast which is not expected or mentioned anywhere.

The staff are polite and helpful. Overall very happy with the service and recommend. As it is very close to the road , you can hear general noise . The bathroom might seem a little conjusted.

Liked the location, staff at every department be it front desk, room service, house keeping. ? EXCELLENT. Restaurant services are good , breakfast options are good, neatly covered and served at the the room. Good response incase of late check in etc. Prompt communication , clean and good house keeping. Over all good place to stay, i stayed here on many occasions. Tea served is not hot mostly.

It is centrally located with access to supermarkets and has its own parking. Hotel charges us an early check in charges without informing us before. They also did not reply to our request for an early check in through booking.com. At the same time, hotel does not provide hand towel for standard room, which is quite unusual though they did provide one hand towel for each room upon our request.
