the location and the pictures displayed on the hotel listing was not even the same, location was somewhere else and was totally misleading, I had decided to leave the property before checking in. Moreover, an agent from OYO had called me to pay partially before checking the property , even after multiple attempts at explaining this to them, they were persistent on securing the room which didn't exist from the listing at all. In my opinion OYO needs to run out of business, this is very embarrassing for me as a traveller. The OYO property listed is fake and misleading , I thank God i didn't have to pay for booking the property and i understand why, its because to do it off the app and dupe people into staying at the property. No ! i do not care if i lose the room , there are 100s of properties under my budget.

LOCATION NEAR TO METRO STN WHICH HELPED LOTS FOR easy COMMUTATION. Hotel didt provide any basic items like towel , no bucket and Mug which are mandatory items for most south Indians. When i spoke to responsible manager, i was informed that all items will be provided on call.,However staff on duty didt provide even after many personel requst.

Staff was okay. WiFi was working fine. Wrong Location. Booking.com shows the Super Townhouse, but when i reached there, they mentioned we have to go to cmsome other building. Every faucet in bathroom was leaking. There were lip marks on curtains and Windows. AC was not working. No glass for water, even after asking. No toiletaries.

Theres nothing to like in this stay Receptionist is very polite haven't respond for anything room is not clean , tv not working , restroom is not clean and no ventilation, there is no geyser, asked for the water heater receptionist said no for every thing , no toilet papers , no toiletries, about the food is also bad in dinning, we stay 5 people in 2 rooms but no food provided for 2 .

This was a terrible experience. We had the confirmation from booking.com as well as from the property manager about our reservation. When we reached there the property manager said there were no rooms available. There were more than 5 people facing the same issue. They didn't even inform us or care about how they were gonna resolve this issue

Absolutely nothing other than the location Duplicate listing.. there are two listings of the same hotel one has a higher rating ( 7.4 ) while the other has a lower rating of less than 6. The hotel was extremely unhygienic with minimum of 20 cockroaches found all over the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned on the second day inspite of repeated requests. Bedsheets had multiple holes on them. Bathroom commode faucet etc were not functioning. Total amount of booking was Rs 3200 but was charged Rs 4200 upon arrival at the property. Wouldn't stay here even if it was free.
