UTSE: Very poor service No hygeine. 100'w of mosquitoes in Wash room and Stay area. After 2bdays they put up the spray etc to make a video that they take care of customers which they don't. The intercom doesn't work. No worse place to stay. I left my balance for a day and yet left the Hotel it is so bad. Mosquitoes, location, slums nearby and very very scary location. Staff also very rude.

Very good staff and the management is amazing and prompt. Even if you send a message they will reply promptly with accurate answers. They will arrange parking facilities with utmost care as the property is in. Heart of blore city . So you can imagine the hassles. Also the rooms are uniquely designed. Forget not to explore the traditional Tibetan instruments and couture decupting things all over the property

1. Great location near Commercial Street. 2. The terrace is a great place available to guests to hang out. 3. Free WiFi but I'd think that this would be a standard facility in 2023. 1. The room (208) had a small window to an airshaft which let in a little light during the day, but naturally nothing at night. The lights in the room were dim, and even with all of them on it was quite insufficient. 2. I expected one 1 litre bottle of water per person per day to be provided by the hotel. Instead, they charged a good amount for each bottle of water because we had to order separately. Our friends stayed in the next room (207) and were treated the same way. Very disappointed. 3. Its quite a standard facility to provide a kettle and packets of coffee and tea in each room for a quick cup when one wakes up. But this was not provided. I suppose it is to force people to buy a cup of coffee or tea from the restaurant. Our friends in the next room asked for a kettle. The hotel then provided them a kettle (only) and made it clear to them that it was a big complimentary deed. 4. It turned out that we had not opted for a complimentary breakfast at the time of booking. On ordering a standard breakfast of bread, butter, jam and omelette for 4 of us at a fixed rate, we found that we were charged extra for the coffee that we ordered. What? Isn't coffee or tea always included with breakfast? 5. In the bathroom the woes were a) inadequate lighting, b) broken toilet seat, c) unreliable hot water (my wife caught a cold the day after a cold shower), and d) the bathroom is a little old. 6. Overall, these observations can be summed up as corner cutting which reduces cost for the hotel but is a disappointing experience for guests. 7. Not the hotel's responsibility but Kamaraj Road is filthy with animal dung, unknown muck and construction debris. Bangalore civic authorities, please wake up.

The room was extremely neat and clean. The triple sharing was compact, but it had enough privacy. Jenny is amazing.. always available.on call and super nice to the guests My only problem was that they didn't include breakfast service.

Everything, the helpful friendly staff, our rooms, the Tibetan vibe, the food, the sense of security. All was great.

We loved the cosiness and tastefulness of this calm oasis in the middle of busy Bangalore! We received warm service with smiles from the heart from Utse Suites, and was super happy with them going out of their way to cook us a nice Nepalese breakfast for our early morning checkout. Super yummy! Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely un clean to stay no clean room no clean bathroom, rooms are so tiny to and there's a lots of mosquitos everywhere won't be able to sleep and every half n hour the staff and owner herself putting some chemicals when we complain about mosquitos and bad breathe coming from the bathrooms, it was horrible disasters stay for us.. when I ask the owner about this bad smell "she told me there's a sewage/Nala side and backside of the hotel that's the reason we get lots of mosquitos and that's why we used chemical Spray for them" I told her I can't even breathe in this smell and won't be able to sleep at all then she replied this is how it is sir, there's nothing we can do about it. I was so stunned and disappointed ?
