Location is superb, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, spa's and many more. Need more cleanliness in rooms. Housekeeping should be improve, Need a place to keep baggages, rooms are quite small due to this reason there's no space inside the room even to pray, otherwise all ok.

the location of the property was amazing the rooms were a bit old , didn’t get hot water in the room. they didn’t have enough towels to replace every day. walls had dirt , needed repaint

Amazing staff, friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. Keshav (reception, day shift) always greeted us with a smile, and engaged in conversation. Manjunath (reception, night shift) took the trouble near the end of his shift, to walk me down to a vendor a few blocks from the hotel, who could help iron my shirts in preparation for events we had to attend. Sudarshan (waiter, Parkobar rooftop restaurant), eager to please, wanted to wow my wife I with a concoction of his, Pink Lady, made with vodka (as my wife couldn't take the gin original to the recipe), egg whites and grenadine syrup, and always greeted us with a smile. Liza (waitress, Parkobar rooftop restaurant) gracious and friendly, made us feel at home. The Parkobar rooftop restaurant was the game changer that made us decide on Vihaari 24 against all the other nearby similarly-priced hotels. It provided us a haven to escape from the world for a while; at the end of the night, the music wasn't overwhelming and we were able to engage in conversation without having to yell. In the mornings and late nights, a place to have a ciggy and reflect on the day ahead or past, no pressure from the wait staff. Food and drink prices were comparable to other restaurants in the neighbourhood, sometimes a little on the high side, but the food was absolutely delicious, better, I daresay, than the others. The hotel has undoubtedly seen better days, and shows her age in little things like the plumbing.
