I think the room next to the reception on the ground floor is very small and noisy. Guests must be informed that this is not an ideal room if other rooms are not available. This will allow the guest to make a choice whether to stay or not to stay in this room.

A small refrigerator (with appropriate access control) can be placed in the common area for traveller's increasing needs of medications that need refrigeration.

We've had great customer service from Apeksha and the rest of the team. There was free coffee, and they very kindly extended our check out time and kept our bags for us. Nothing at all

Good location at a peaceful surroundings I wish a restaurant is also facilitated at the hotel though there are plenty of outlets available nearby.

The shower gel almost empty. And only 1 towel provided for a couple stay. Should be minimum 2.

The rooms are amazing and beautiful. Location is nearby to railway station and bus stand. Better stay for every top sites. NA

New, clean, safe, pleasant, decent! The free espresso is tastier than what many coffee shops offer, seriously! The reception people are so sweet!
