The only problem is doors are thin so you tend to hear noise from other rooms if they are loud or play music.

They should provide food facilities or restaurant within hotel , lift was out of service , incase any old people comes and rooms are located at 3 rd floor means without lift it's difficult...they shd specific once booking is confirmed

Budget friendly prices based room categories and interiors are good. Facilities were good as there's a QR code for placing any order or to avail room service. In house restaurant would make it more convenient and service was delayed for any outside food. Service should be prompt for Swiggy/zomato order as no in house restaurant in the hotel. Service is slow.

Very modern & clean Check in was a hassle, didn’t want to accept cash upon check in and didn’t want to let me into my room until payment despite just getting off a 25 hour plane ride at 2am. Wifi never worked and staff was of little help. Next day the front desk staff were much better and were willing to accept cash payment. If not for the lovely staff the second day the experience would have been rather poor given the added stress upon check in

Very close to Ramaiah University. Hotel is well managed. Clean and quiet. Pretty big rooms. No kitchen but many simple and good restaurants and shops nearby. The wifi was not great. It was frequently slow and logging in was inefficient. The shower in my room had poor water pressure and thus was difficult to use. No safe in room. Room had a mini fridge but it only kept things slightly cold.

AC wasn't that strong or might be due to wrong direction placement it was getting hot sometimes only for single occupancy room. Rest rooms I've experienced it's quite good.

Clean, excellent customer service. Wifi. There is a cap of 4GB for WIFI per day. But overall with price they offer I think its reasonable.
