A house converted as a hotel. Location bad, No in-house restaurant. Not for family members. Breakfast, very few options. Food quality not desirable. Very high price for poor facilities.

The breakfast was very well cooked and the taste was magical. There are 4 main dishes, plus fresh fruit, cereal and bread. The continental breakfast very filling till lunch. The fresh cup was very refreshing and well made. Overall, I am highly satisfied by the quality of the food. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the daily cleaning service provided a new set of towels, and the bedsheets were fresh and the the pillows were far better than the ones in the UK. . The three members of staff (Sakthi, Malika and Kumar) went out of their way to make me feel homely, They assisted me to arrange my transport using the OLA app, and also went out of their way to help me order food from the Swiggy app. If you've never been to Bangalore, these three gentleman will ensure you enjoy your trip and provide you cost effective advice. Overall, I have only high praises of my experience with Athulya Residence in Bangalore. Highly recommended, luxurious and worth every penny! Well done to the fantastic management team!!! N/A

During check out, the front office personnel held me back after clearance of all my bills stating that they have to check the room for any spills, stains or any misuse of utilities within the room, if so then there shall be a penalty. This was too embarrassing to me at the front office desk and in presence of other customers. I travel immensely across the nation and have stayed in multiple properties, but never came across such a situation where you were made to wait to get a clearance during checkout. The property must have an SOP which ensures their task is done ensuring customer satisfaction avoiding such embarrassments and disappointments. Hence, I would rate this property at 5/10 even though their services on all other aspects were good and prompt.

The property is well maintained and clean. The staffs specially Kumar provided exceptional service. Need a few things to take care like provide dishwasher liquid, not provide broken cups in the room, not provide broken kettle.
