Nothing The room is dirty and not clean,there are lots of insects and cockroaches running around.pillow cover and bed sheet looks not washed for many days.

Nothing Bedding, toilet wasn't clean, no water bottle etc, flush wasn't working, mosquitos were in room, lights were not working, felt uncomfortable and unhygienic so had to order bedsheet and blankets but even after had to face skin rashes and allergy. Online prices are not applicable as the excuse that this price is impossible so it's a good trick to catch customers and then ask for a higher amount.

None The room was faaar different from pictures given in the site. The tap was broken, AC only works with remote owned by staff, no basic amenities provided like water bottle, soap, towel or anything. Room was conjusted and smelly. Location of hotel was a deserted area, no nearby stores or even street lights available. When asked, the staff told i could register complaint and they will return the money. But i still havent gotten any money. Hotel said they have transferred the money to OYO authorities and they would refund us. Neither OYO nor the hotel is responding now. Please help me.
