Room is spacious, Toilets and room is clean. Staff are not professinoal. There was no soap in the wash room, after repeated request finally they purchased Rs. 10 soap and kept in wash room. There was no car parking, Hotel is located near slum area. For three persons only one towel was provided, later provided by asking.

It didn’t like the stay at all The staff was very rude. The listing states that Visa and card payments are accepted but they did not have a card machine and insisted on a cash payment and made me go withdraw cash from a bank late in the night to get checked in. They did not have WiFi even though it mentioned WiFi is available. The room was filthy and I had to ask for a towel and toiletries since the room didn’t have anything. The staff was extremely rude and refused to help in anyway. The stay included breakfast but there was no breakfast onsite and they said breakfast had to be taken from the restaurant next door. What is the point of paying extra for breakfast if I had to go pay for it myself.
