It was in Indranagar. It had a lift. The location was hard to find as it was between houses and no signs leading to the hotel. The staff wasn’t responsive.

Staff were nice and friendly. We booked through booking.com for a amount but at the place of hotel and we partially paid as well. But at the time of check in they did not give for the amount showed in this portal. And they charged extra.

There was absolutely nothing to like The staff did not provided the room which i booked and told us that he gave the room to someone else and the room is occupied he was very rude and was not at all polite so he took extra money from us for the room which costed 500 more

Nothing I was cheated by the hotel my precious booking was in other Oyo hotel, when i reached there they informed me that i dont have booking in that hotel as they have not received any intimation from booking.com. I reached there at night and was shocked with the response received from the property. They told me they will arrange a room for me in another hotel owned by the same group and i have to pay double then the amount i have originally booked for + extra for taxi that will take me to that hotel. At night i left with no choice to accept their offer as i was helpless. It is really sad that how these budget hotels cheat their costumers. Booking.com is equally responsible here for putting such hotels in their portfolio and spoiling their reputation and trust customers are having with them. I need an apology and compensation for not honoring my booking and the fees that was overcharged including the trouble and stress I have to go through.
