The hotel is located in MTP, which is near to all major companies The staffs aren't educated and do not know how to behave with the clients. No proper housekeeping, no TV channels and AC wasn't working either.

It is a wonderful property inside Manyata. It is very peaceful and quiet area and surrounded with lots of trees. Value for money. Worth staying. Especially Shourav is a very supportive and a humble person.

I have stayed here quite a few times and typically every stay hasb been for 5-6 days. the location is fair, near back gate of Manyata, within the premises. used to be value for money but they increased prices which perhaps doesn't justify. room and bathroom size is good. King size bed, study table, a small round table for food, basic wardrobe, dresser included. facilities includes hot water kettle, besides toiletries and towels. breakfast is included, which typically has set menu and quantity and it's fair. having stayed multiple times and for longer tenure at this place, there are certain aspects which became evident. the room logistics are very poor with lot of noise coming into the room from the reception, people and staff using the reception/corridor area and conversing loudly, other rooms playing TV loudly (sometimes with door open). it would be very difficult to continue resting in the morning (I have late night calls and meetings, so typically need to sleep in late) or work peacefully in the room in morning hours. Wi-Fi was not the most reliable, especially in the night, when no one is available to address it, I needed to use my hotspot quite often. the staff would be rude or inconsiderate at times - coming before check out time and asking to leave early because other guests had come or informing that extension is not possible only an hour before the day and time of checkout, despite me giving them heads-up that I'll be extending. besides this, there would be no cleaning or garbage clearing offered or done (not even once during 5-6 days of stay that I would typically be in this place). The TV would never be recharged and on request it would be recharged after 24 hours. Even breakfast would be just knocked and given at any morning hour as suitable to the staff (though the timing was till 10:30 AM and I had repeatedly requested if my breakfast could be served at the last slot - I stopped asking and just accommodated when this was not catered to). overall, if the staff behaviour was a little better, I would have liked to have continued being at this property given the location convenience and despite the inconveniences.
