I booked the property via booking.com but checked in the morning around 5 pm but my room was allotted to some one else. It seems I booked at around 8:40 pm the day before and I was supposed to call and inform the property that I would be checking in late. They informed me that they were not aware of my booking since it was made late at night the previous day. I had to take the trouble of finding another property nearby in the early morning.
