The Location is Excellent with lot of Food joints and Metro nearby. Improvement areas is to create a more welcoming environment especially by the Front office Reception. Customer interaction has to be improved to keep the customers more comfortable.

Pretty good location Not clean, there was a bug in my bed, the sheets were scratchy, and not comfortable, there weren't enough lights in the room, only bright fluorescent and no lamps by the beds, no phone to call the front desk, elevator that did not take you up to your floor, and you still had to climb up the stairs, The main issue is that it didn't feel clean and I really didn't like finding a bug in my bed

Very kind and helpful staff, especially Kunal, Juri and Jurina. Love the interior design of the hotel, very appealing, well decorated spaces. Coffee machine downstairs is a plus as well as plant in the room. A bedside lamp would be nice for a dimmed light option in the evening.
