The staff was very courteous, I landed on Feb 24 and the next day I was down with severe fever and cough. I was so exhausted that I didn't have energy to buy medicine. The staff personally went and got all the medicines. A big thanks to the person. I just didn't like the water taste, they had RO system and the water tasted little off to me.

Since the restaurant was not at the hotel premises, they had to bring the food from outside and the food was already cold by the time it reached hotel.

Nothing. FabHotels cancelled the booking. First, they made us pay an advance. Second, they made us pay the whole money upfront. A week later, they cancelled the booking without any intimation and dialogue. One of the worst experiences I have had via Booking.com and FabHotels
