Nothing Make toilet lock properly it's not even properly locking, Facilities are poor, Maintenance are bad, TV not working, heater is not working properly, Facilities are too old

The room was clean with comfortable beds. It would be better if there was clean restrooms, shower facilities and availability of hot water.

Pricing The hotel offered me parking and I confirmed it one day before our stay. But no parking space was available and the staff of the hotel guided us to another hotel (Zion)nearby which had underground parking Even if I had to pay more, the stay was comfortable at Zion Sahara Inn betrayed me

Myself and family reach Bangalore and i was expecting airport pick up and nothing there . Once i call them, they said we do not have any checking now and you can come tomorrow 12 non. Then i sad i have booked. Then he said that s through booking website and i don't have any booking for the night. However we trusted your website. Unfortunately it was great failure. Will never book through booking 0 com especially with a family members of females aged 14, 16 and 39. Very unsafe Nil
