Clean room, The staff was very supportive, Food is great. Location is wonderful anything you require is nearby. The breakfast was not various items. When we used go the food variety was off the table. The window ventilation was dim always we need to put light inside the room. Increase room amenities.

it’s was a great stay. i had a long overnight flight before i arrived, had a peaceful time in the clean room. Kartik at the reception was very kind and helpful. By the way, food at their restaurant is also good and safe to eat! Overall very good. i suspect bedsheets were not very clean as i could feel different smells on it. Didn’t make drama out of it just let it be. Also checked in and staff obviously entered my room. Reception said it was for cleaning purposes but i literally just checked in and went out for 10 min. Nothing was missing, they just closed a window and bathroom door. Dunno why doing that but okay. Just ask them not to enter your room on check-in. But the rest was good.

It was ok ok. In general the location is good. It is irritating to see that they do not have non-smoking rooms. The money that they had charged, they should have also provided us with a complementary breakfast. the location is good, but I got this hotel while I was searching for a property near 7 eleven global solutions center, so when I saw the actual distance from the hotel, I felt cheated. Must be a problem from booking.com's side I think.

Clean room, basic limited facilities No efforts to provide services, little tough owner, non cooperative, a little arrogant, no mirror in toilet in washbasin area, reminder required for drinking water, etc, no toilet kits, no hand towels, no luggage pickup help.

The rooms were very well maintained, and regular room cleaning was done.Every 2nd day, fresh towels were given. I booked a room for me and my family. They provided us 2 bottles per head/day. I think that's very kind of them to do. What surprised me the most was their food service. They have a small kitchen on the 6th floor where they prepare a limited amount of food on demand(lunch and dinner). The breakfasts were very simple,healthy, and decent with multiple options. If you'd like to have a specific meal for lunch &dinner ,you have to order at least an hour before. The staff were very professional. Thank you so much for the service! I didn't know 4 rotis with roasted potatoes and beans+ plus 2 lemon juice could cost me 600Rs? but since the food was healthy and we went there for dining in short notice, i had to keep my mouth shut. I think they have something against students or guests in general. I went there to check in with my sister and her friends, who are students in the nearby university. The receptionist at the front desk made such a face when he saw them that i had to hide my laugh, and he said immediately, "guests are not allowed." I actually felt very bad, but it was obvious that they had issues with students before. Other than this, i honestly can't say anything wrong about my stay there.
