Probably the location and okish rates and reasonable price. No breakfast.

Nothing really but for the reviews sake, Id give a positive for the Location; it was close to the place I wanted to do Business for the day. Just needed a short night stay before flying out with no dramas and without having to navigate though bangalore traffic The place was horrible, the sheets although it seemed clean there was a musty to smell, the mattresses had a light brown tinge which clearly showed they were old. There was mold on the walls and the room had a very distinct smell which was not pleasant. Although there were several great pubs and restuarants nearby, we were just too tired to walk over (Big Mistake on my part for being lazy) The attached resturant and bar was horrible although the people serving were eager to please. They did not have half the stuff they had on the menu including beer, thier online menu system did not load and they had no paper menus as backup so we had to wing it. The Bar singer although had a good voice did not have the right sound system and everything sounded like a Cat on a fence. THe thing that I noticed very late was that they have a running board advertisment outside saying rooms availbe including hourly rates, which turned me off completely and realized that it is probably a hanky Panky place. I asked the person at the reception why hourly room rates an he was like some people just need to rest for a couple hours so we offer it them, and I saw an embarrased smirk which kind of gave me a idea. Their Free breakfast was just idlis with sambar and chutney nothing else was offered, they had no Coffee, only tea which was spiked with sugar. This place it totally not worth the money you pay for and it was an absolutely disgusting place, never again.

Everything, the rooms were stinky, bathrooms had mold and fungus all over, bathroom fittings falling off, bedsheets dirty and stained, hot water kettle missing from room, just average and limited breakfast, service is super slow, staff very indifferent

I liked the location as it was near to my work place. Most of the staff members were polite. Room was clean. I'm not stisfied with the stay in Suraksha Inn and don't want to recommend it to anyone because one of the staff was rude. I ordered Paneer Achari as a starter for dinner but got Chiken (some dish) instead. Since I'm a purr vegeterian I didn't know the taste of chicken and so I ate couple of prieces. After eating only I realised that it is not paneer. I complaint the same to hotel and returned the dish. As I was upset, I did not opt for the replacement. I instead asked for a refund. But the staff in the reception at that time was rude and tauntiing me fo eating those 2 pieces. I did not get the refund yet though they promised to GPay me the amount Also there was no bath soap or hot water facility in the bathroom. No kettle in the room for making hot tea though Tea and Sugar sachete were kept. Intercom was not working.

Complimentary breakfast is not given. Even coffee also not given. Not cleaning rooms and toilets,even water bottle also not given as per one for a day. Complimentary breakfast also not given. Very worst. Room boy is not at all there. Don't recommend to any one we are paying money to stay for comfort and luxury stay. Money is not criteria but Comfortable is preference to the people money is next.
