Disappointing

It's very excellent experience with lords in .staff is very polite and friendly. Special really thanks to Mr pulkit gupta who's attending in buffet area or room service. He's very nice person. Thankyou so much brother pulkit it's good meeting to u as feel to me like family member.

Great location & friendly staff especially would highly recommended to anyone who wants clean & comfortable hotel in city. Breakfast dally are great & again very personable staff.

Very clean facility with great venue for functions The food, particularly the breakfast is excellent I would come back and stay here on my next visit. I would highly recommend for a pleasant experience

Friendly staff, and very attentive and prompt to guest needs. Good kitchen with a nice table and chairs. When I checked in,, the bed sheets were dirty with stains. I had to call the staff to change the sheets right away.

Proximity to places Though we had booked for complementary breakfast, it was not served. No proper ventilation in the rooms. Parking on the road at owner's risk.

Exceptional

Location This hotel is under a new management hence a different set of staff from our previous stay there. The bell boys are not local hence understand very little Hindi and no kannada or English. We had a non cooling aircon which was reported many times to the reception desk and they insisted we didn't know how to use its remote control, so their uncommunicable expert remote operator arrived, fiddled with some buttons and said it is now cooling while i pointed out to him that he had only increased the fan speed. I finally left the balcony door open for the night. Final thought: Not worth for the tariff charged.

The staff were very kind and cooperative. There was no noise and disturbance from the outside, had peaceful sleep at night ?

Bad

Bigger than usual room. lobby and outside room areas kept clean. new building. We had a booking for 4 nights from NYE. arrived at 3am in the morning due to flight engineering problems only to find they had rebooked out our room despite me emailing them twice explaining the delays and asking them to keep our room. The night staff found us another hotel (we had to pay for the taxi) but it was disgusting. The bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it and the bedding hadn’t been washed in months. They just got more money because it was NYE and they didn’t care what happened to us. Then they told Bookings.com we had cancelled. The room was never cleaned. The garbage not emptied. The lock to our door was broken and we had to get someone to open each time we entered. They then tried to blame us for the room not being free as we hadn’t paid a deposit. it is noted in the messages with the property early on first booking that their secure payment site didn’t work but I got no reply and as it was confirmed via Bookings.com I did not worry.
