Courteous staff, neat and clean property, though somewhat aged yet well maintained. All perceivable amenities in the room. Walk able distance to Metro , mall & local market Food facility not available in the hotel.

Proximity to Mantri Mall: The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Mantri Mall, which is great for shopping and dining options. Rude Staff Behavior: From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially the receptionist, was unreasonably rude. I politely asked my family to use the elevator after confirming the reservation, but the receptionist got upset about procedures I wasn’t informed of. When I asked him to relax, he remained visibly irritated. Unpleasant Attitude from Helpers: When we requested a clean towel (as the one provided was not clean), the staff who brought the replacement behaved in a very unpleasant and uncomfortable manner, giving rude looks which made both me and my wife feel uneasy. Poor Vehicle Access: If you're arriving by car, be aware that there is no proper turning space near the hotel. We had to reverse about 200 meters to get back from the hotel, which is quite inconvenient. Limited Parking: The hotel can accommodate only one car at a time for parking, which is not mentioned in the listing or description online.

The hotel was a hidden gem, close to Mantri Mall. The staff was helpful, the accommodations were beautiful and the room was spacious as well as neat and clean. It couldn't have been better.
