Room size is Big and have working desk, Clothes Rack, TV , AC, Fan and Very Good WIFI. Staff are humble and nice. Manager Seema madam and Room assistant Mr. Tarar are very nice. Other hotel staff also good. Nice Location <3 KM to Indiranagar Metro. There many hotels, coffee shops are around. Near to 100 Ft Road. Value for Money. Not a complaint but there few list of things can improve 1. No Food section. But allows Swiggy and Zamato 2. TV is VU Smart TV, Not Android or Google TV, VU own OS, Only NetFlix and Youtube we can view. SetTop Box is there to view more regular channel with Recharge option 3. Hot Water is based on Solar. We need to waste at least 2-3 buckets of water before we get the Hot Water. Hot water also, moderate hot

1)Reasonable price. 2AC was there to use. 3)Tea and snacks shop is nearby. 1)Everywhere it was mentioned "We are not responsible for Theft or Loss of personal property" - This forced me to take my laptop and a couple of things with me while going outside. 2) I had to take my luggage to the room myself during check in. 3) The TV remote was not working. 4) The dental tool kit and soap for bathing was not there. 5) no partition in the bathroom for the toilet and bathing. At least the curtain should be there. 6) I had to pay an additional 300 rs just because I had checked in early at around 10:00 Am. 7) A bungalow is converted into a Hotel. Reception is on the first floor. So you have to take the luggage as there is no lift up till there.

Worst experience I ever had Worst behaviour we got itching after we wakeup from the cot

Only the location I had the worst experience with this property. Booked for 3 nights but had to flee after the first night due to hygiene concerns. Looked at 3 rooms but all the rooms had blood stained comforter and sheets which they refuse to change and changing them would also not help you. The bathroom reeks and filled with scum. The rooms are smoking but not mentioned in the booking and that's why the hallways reeks of smoke. The hot water is a joke. Would never recommend this property to anyone.
