There was nothing complementary given including soap, the shower was leaking and the bathrooms were not clean, you have to pay before they show u the room and it is not refundable. I would not suggest it to couples or family stays

I feel cheated because even after taking 50% they did not give the room and said booking .com did not pay any advance to them. Booking.com is a cheating company.

No breakfast The person sitting at the counter said he was not aware of our early check- in. We informed it the previous day itself and got a confirmation from booking. com. He was trying to get two days' rent which we waved off saying we were leaving. So he charged Rs. 300/- extra.

While booking it mentioned as Airconditioned and the picture are completely different than the room I got in. Due to unforseen reason i had to stay. else would have moved to different place everything

The location was good. That's it nothing else you should expect.. The room is untidy. Tap broken in bathroom despite they gave me that room. Wifi doesn't reach from 2nd floor onwards. I was on 3rd floor. The bedsheet was stinky, old and some semen marks. I asked to change it and they changed. The tiles on the floor is very bad they are always sticky
