Location was good. Check-in was fast. The hotel booking mentioned breakfast included. But the hotel staff denied breakfast. Room was clean but the bedding was used and not changed. There were hairs and marks on the sheet. TV remote did not work properly. Overall it was priced way higher than it should be for the room and service.

hotel staff collects 540 rupees extra in cash, they don't agree with the price that was book using booking.com, so people who booked using booking.com will not get th same price there is no way you can complaint about this. so better avoid this hotel

Location Staff were rude , they refused to check me in saying that the rate by booking.com is too low. Demanded extra money. After lots of arguments they finally gave one dirty room. I suggest the property should not be listed on the site to avoid inconvenience to your customers.
